Back hurt

Bad Day :( yeah yeah i know there's not a single day in the whole year when i dont hurt myself but damn!! i hurt myself just 1 week before exam ..no no im fine not hurt very much but yes i did hurt my back again ...though the good news is that i did hurt it milder than the one i had hurt some 1 month back :D so my back should have recovereed for the next hit :)

Reason?? ahh!! well nothing new its just that i did try some stunts with my dancing and wallah!!! i dint event do a warm up before i began dancing how cool !!! far too excieted to dance than remeber some basics :) i always do it so whats new with this??
ALL gibberish .......now from past 3 days i had been studing in some good speed was trying to cover up the maximum of my course (well last sem only one good chance to improve result ) but with this hurting my back i dont feel like studing at all :P ( with someone as lazy as me i always look for excuses to not do a stuff :D ... no jokes apart!!)

anyways have a question for all of you
does it always happen that you begin studing and suddenly you feel very sleepy and then when you deciede ok i will study later i move off to bed and there you dont feel sleepy at all???? or does this happen to me only??? :-(
With most of my friends they all say its an engineering disease happens to anyone who enters engineering :P haha... what happens to folks in the rest of the streams ??dont they feel sleepy??

Mission VOTING accomplished

Casted my Vote successfuly though there was lot of trouble putting it.. i dint lose my heart i finally did cast my vote :)
wah!! what problem what not ??? election officer seemed to be a fool where from do they pick up these officers huh!!.....Anyways i better tell you what happened today else you would kill me for suspense :)

Nothing simply that i entered the booth had my icard of college (NIT sealed n attested and with my photo ) as my identification proof and the list of the official had my photo too....says the list of proofs required for identification doesnt include student i card , i saw the list it said it verifies any member joined with any organization where a valid organisation issues a valid icard when i pointed this out he said madam its for employees
i replied back saying isnt college a valid organisation that can validate my identity????????? that too when photo matches with your list?
? Infact i told him this was the ICard that i had used during my state elections then Nobody objected why sudden objection now ???

Anyways India me kuch bhi bina hue and cry ke nahi ho sakta it was when i yelled out ki agar proof accept  nahi kiya then vote nahi dalungi :P then representatives of political parties came running(may be realising they would get one less vote ) finally they explained the officer that everything is valid :P

so anyways :) I casted my Vote :) every election is an experience ....and i would vote no matter what ever trouble comes ........

Happy VOTING.......
Jisko bhi Vote do but Please DO CAST YOUR VOTES

adios :)

Cooking Cooking !!!!!!!!!!

Its not such an easy job to learn anything and cooking esp which is the forte of all skills i mean you have the same reciepe being cooked by 5 different people and it will at the same time with same ingredients and same environment taste different and out of that 5 you can easily chose the best and the worst so mainly cooking isnt exactly about the food and spices and ingredients involved rather its an art .....AN ART HARD TO CONQUER :P

the usual format i use to learn anything around me is to observe the thing i want to learn , i hate teacher telling me do this n this this way just tell me if what i ended up with was the right or wrong output ...sorta a reinforcement learning in neural netwks ......
anyways thats something that helped me more into cooking :D an i'm happy i ended up doing the things right way :) No i'm definitely not a professional cook not can i boast about feeding more than 5 people at a time but yaah even feeding 5 people is a big deal u see :D ..lately my cooking experiences have been very pleasant and i'm just very happy that i can now cook without mom around me telling do this after that :P so every step for this toddler in cooking is an achievment :) ........Hoping to cook few more dishes that shall be fingre licking good !!!!!!!  and make this my forte too :D

till then happy eating :)

Light light

Sometimes it happens that you think about lots of things everyday but you cant put that all up in your blog bz you dont have enough content to write about it .... (i do esp bz i feel i cant put up a writing until and unless i have done enough research on something ) thats when i realised many thoughts get washed away just this way without a budge....
But then anyways i decieded i would rather put up some useless stuff part of my thinking thoughts whatever you can say here ....

Something funny keeps happening out everyday today while moving off to my college on road while driving my two wheeler i had accidently left the headlight " ON "  just when a passerby by his action indicated its switched on please turn it off that i realised something was wrong !!!
well as with me i just dont feel like doing any thing just staright that way i smired n felt like keeping th elight ON for a little longer just to see what happens or kinda reaserch how many more people will BUzz me to switch it off .... HELL wow around 14 people on way said me to switch it OFF???? believe it or not everyone passing by was so interested to take a look at how my light on my vehicle was left ON and Do the SAMAJ SEWA telling me " madame please switch it off " the intention that clicks you up then hmm.. LIGHT BACCHAO ENERGY BACCHAO :D good na !!
How i wish people would be similary aware about suchh real things around them ........ REAL THINGS??? what is energy bacchao only for headlights to be switched off?? people notice them even in scorching heat of 2 pm??
WHy do they never notice other things??  elections are approaching i dont need to say every Vote counts ? and that does make some difference ( Bz IM SURE YOU KNOW IT !!!! )
but atleast notice things around us .... voice out for them ...
we never say waste water , parched animals , illiterate kids , open drains etc etc

Anyways may b that happened bz it was for correcting a single person ........
who bothers to check the system :P
thats my thought
whats yours????????

Enjoying Colours - Colour Therapy

Happy Holi to all My Friends .... Just A write up about what different colours mean and How too much of each colour effects our body system. Its actually a part of Colour therapy but here I'm just presenting up the a brief of it here..

Red is a powerful colour that has always been associated with vitality and ambition. It can help overcome negative thoughts. However, it is also associated with anger ; if we have too much red in our system, or around us, we may feel irritable, impatient, and uncomfortable.

Pink is emotionally soothing and calming, and gives a feeling of gentle warmth and nuturing. It lessons feelings of irritation and aggression, surrounding us with a sense of love and protection. It also alleviates loneliness, despondency, oversensitivity, and vulnerability. While red relates to sexuality, pink is associated with unselfish love.

Orange is a joyous colour. It frees and releases emotions and alleviates feelings of self-pity, lack of self worth, and unwillingness to forgive. It stimulates the mind, renewing interest in life ; it is a wonderful anti-depressant and lifts the spirits. Apricot and Peach is good for nervous exhaustion..

Green has a strong affinity with nature, helping us connect with empathy to others and the natural world. We instinctively seek it out when under stress or experiencing emotional trauma. It creates a feeling of comfort, laziness and relaxation, calmness, and space, lesseining stress, balancing and soothing the emotions. Dark green represents the onset of death and is non-descript, unassertive, a negation of love and joy. Lime green and olive green can have a detrimental effect on both physical and emotional health since sickly yellow and green are associated with the emotions of envy, resentment, and possessiveness.

Yellow is also a happy, bright, and uplifting colour, a celebration of sunny days. It is associated with the intellectual side of the mind, and the expression of thoughts. It therefore aids the powers of discernment and dis-crimination, memory and clear thinking, decision making and good judgment. It also helps good organization, assimilation of new ideas, and the ability to see different points of view. It builds self-confidence and encourages an optimistic attitude. Conversely, dull yellow can be the colour of fear.

TURQUOISE- We associate blue greens with the refreshing and cool ocean. It is therefore invigorating, cooling, and calming. Like green, turquoise is good for mental strain and tiredness or feeling washed out. It is an elevating colour that encourages us to make a sparkling fresh start. Turquoise is also helpfull for feelings of loneliness, since it heightens communication, sensitivity, and creativity.

Blue is a cool, calming colour and is associated with a higher part of the mind than yellow. It represents the night, so it makes us feel calm and relaxed as if we are being soothed by the deep blue of the night sky. Light and soft blue, make us feel quiet and protected from all the bustle and activity of the day, and alleviates insomnia. Blue inspires mental control, clarity, and creativity. Midnight blue has a strong sedative effect on the mind, allowing us to connect to our intuitive and femine side. Too much dark blue can be depressing however.

MAGENTA - When we are feeling despondent and worried about our condition, or are feeling angry and frustrated, magenta draws us out of this attitude and lets our spirits soar. It is a spiritual colour but also with practical overtones, associated with a compassion, support and kindness. From a negative perceptive, magenta, like violet, makes us desire to be lifted out of the demanding world and avoid challenges. It can also be too relaxing. So avoid magenta if you are chronically depressed or introverted.

INDIGO VIOLET AND PURPLE - These have a deep affect on the psyche and have been used in psychiatric care to help calm and pacify patients suffering from a number of mental disorders and nervous disorders. These colours balance the mind and help transform obsessions and fears. Indigo is a powerful, psychic colour associated with the ride of the brain, and stimulates intiution and imagination. It is also a strong sedative. Violet and purple are colours of transformation at a very deep level, bringing peace and combating fear and shock. They have a cleansing effect in emotional disturbances. They are also connected with artistic and musical impulses, mystery, and sensitivity to beauty and high ideals, stimulating creativity, inspiration, sensitivity, spirituality and compassion. Violet can exert strrong psychic influences, however, and a person attracted by it has to guard against living in a fantasy world.

BLACK - This colour is both comforting, protective, and mysterious. It is associated with silence, the infinite, and the femine life force-passive, uncharted, and mysterious. Black can also prevent us from growing and changing. We often cloak ourselves in black to hide from the world.

WHITE - The colour of ultimate purity is white. It is an all-around colour of protection, bringing peace and comfort, alleviating emotional shock and despair, and helping inner cleansing of emotions, thoughts, and spirit. If you need time and space to reflect on your life, white can give you a freedom, and uncluttered openness. Too much white, however, can be cold and isolating.

SILVER _ Silver is the colour of the moon, which is everchanging. It relates to the feminine principle and the emotional, sensitive aspect of the mind. It balances, harmonizes, and is mentally cleansing.

Grey is associated with independence, self-reliance, self-control. Grey acts as a shield from outside influence. However, grey generally has a negative feeling-thick grey clouds, fog, smoke. Grey is the colour of evasion and non-commitment since it is neither black nor white. It relales to walling everything off, remaining seperate, uncommitted, and uninvolved, inevitably leading to loneliness. It also denotes self-criticism.

BROWN -The colour of Mother Earth, brown brings a sense of stability, alleviating insecurity. However, it also relates to bottling up of emotion, a retreat from and a fear of the outside world, and also narrow-mindedness. This often results from a lack of self-worth.

GOLD -Like yellow, gold is associated with the sun, and therefore related to abundance and power, higher ideals, wisdom, and understanding. It is mentally revitalizing, energizing and inspiring, and helpfull for fear, uncertainty, and lack of interest. Pale gold is excellent for depression and sharpens the mind.
